My Herbal Detox Diet Cookbook

I'm doing the Wild Rose 12 day herbal detox, so I feel the need to take some photos of the food I've been making. Not because I've made some out-of-this-world things, but because restraints on my normal diet have forced me to come up with some new dishes, oh, and also because I feel great so far!

Here's the gist: I can basically eat anything except for dairy, refined sugar, any types of flour, dried fruits, tropical fruit, vinegars and mushrooms, also no alcohol. I take 12 pills a day and I can eat as much as I want. This seems really easy except I didn't realize how much i eat consists of all these things. I also work in a restaurant and am constantly flaunted by delicious food. Anyways here's what I've been eating so far:

Day 1:
Smoothies are inevitable, but necessary. I ate this one my first day. Peach, blueberry, frozen strawberries, kale, vanilla with almond milk added later.
Hot greens: This dish is delicious because its so simple and flavour is just natural. Browned brussels and broccoli with kale, asparagus, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Served in my grandmas cute bowl.

 Day 2:
Just frittata style eggs with garlic, tomatoes, onion, asparagus and fresh basil.

 Day 3:
This was made at the Brickworks Farmers Market whilst at work. Its a caramelized peaches, cucumber, tomato and basil salad with chia seeds provided by my vegan chef boss

 Day 4:
Steamed kale with sauteed garlic and shallots, browned corn, almonds, lemon juice and olive oil. I knocked this recipe off from a previous employer.

 Day 5:
If I had a cast-iron bowl this would be my version of bibimbap, but instead I crisped the rice in a regular frying pan. In it is brown rice with cucumber, carrots, cashews, bok choy, edamame with jalapeƱo aioli and a tamari, lemon ginger reduction drizzled atop.

 Day 6:
This is my tofu, potato, carrot waffle with an egg, sunny-side.

Day 7:
Red lentils, shaved brussels, radicchio, and tomato salad with a lemon garlic vinaigrette and endive scoops.

Day 8:
Seared tofu with homemade roasted garlic black sesame sauce. Not the best tasting tofu, but the sauce turned out amazing. Sweetened with agave and blended with reduced almond milk.

 Day 9:
Smoothie of the month: Frozen strawberries, cucumber, mint, almond milk, vanilla, agave and spirulina powder. I actually drink this every day since it's so refreshing and makes me feel great!

 Day 10:
Lettuce wraps! Almond crusted fried chicken with lemon roasted garlic aioli, sprouts, cucumber, mint and browned corn salsa - straight off the cob.

Day 11:
Used my leftover lettuce to make breakfast burritos! Filled with sun dried tomatoes, sprouts and corn salsa. Lemon garlic aioli to dip.

 Day 12:
Chicken soup with brown rice crackers. This was more time consuming. I used the leftover carcass from the chicken strips to make a stock, then added the classic fillings.

 Day 13:
The cleanse lasted a bit longer than expected! I got hooked on chocolate Yoso (Coconut yogurt) and made a super granola with oats, chia seeds, goji berries, cashews and almonds. This dish is a bit of a cheat since it contains a bit of flour and tropical fruit, but healthy nonetheless!
